Arni Johannson - CEO

Arni Johannson has 20 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets. His focus has been to build assets and senior management teams in companies he is invested in while executing a defined business plan. Mr. Johannson was the founder and architect behind Titan Uranium (TSX.v:TUE - www.titanuranium.com) and cofounded The Fortress Group (Fortress Paper – TSX:FTP - www.fortresspaper.com). He also serves as a director for a number of public companies including Mega Uranium ( TSX:MGA - www.megauranium.com ). Mr. Johannson first invested in Lions Gate Metals 10 years ago and has continued to increase his ownership over the past decade. While assisting the executive team in developing the asset portfolio that is in the company today Mr. Johannson just recently took on the role as CEO (December 01, 2009).

is currently progressing through the CGA program and has obtained experience in both public practice and industry. Before joining the Company, Mr. Tindale worked for a number of years as a senior accountant for a group of junior mining companies listed on the Venture Exchange.

Linda McClusky - Corporate Secretary

Linda McClusky has over twenty years experience working in both Canada and the United States as a corporate paralegal and corporate secretary. Most recently she has served as Corporate Secretary to five junior mining companies listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange.

Blair McIntyre - Director of Operations

Blair McIntyre has a Bachelor of Science from UBC and a Business Administration Diploma from BCIT. Mr. McIntyre has 12 years of strategic selling and business development experience and has assisted Fortune 500 companies like Bristol Myers, Squibb, and Suntrust Bank develop strategies and solutions for critical business problems. Most recently, Mr. McIntyre was instrumental in a series of international mining transactions in both the private and public sector.
