Copperline Project

The Copperline Property surrounds Skutsil Knob at the south end of the Driftwood Range, 25 km northwest of Takla Lake, and about 120 km north-north east of Smithers, B.C. The property is located approximately 10km south of the northern terminus of the BC Rail right-of-way and approximately 5 km from a nearby logging road network. The mineralized zones have been located primarily in the alpine between 1500 to 1800 meter elevations however a few mineralized showings have also been discovered at lower elevations in minimally explored areas.

These claims cover a zone of volcanic red bed copper-silver mineralization in which previous operators have estimated an historic mineral resource of approximately 900,000 tonnes of 2% copper and 48 g/t silver. Mineralization consists primarily of bornite with lesser chalcocite, chalcopyrite, and tetrahedrite. Copper oxides of malachite and azurite may visually mark mineralized zones. Some native copper has also been observed.

The host rocks are gently dipping Lower Jurassic Telkwa formation volcanics comprising flows, tuffs, and breccias interbedded with agglomerates, sandstones, mudstones and limestones. The Main Zone consists of multiple stacked, bedding parallel layers of disseminated mineralization and occasional swarms of steeply-dipping veinlets, but controls on the extent of mineralization requires further interpretation.

During September and October of 2003 a prospecting and diamond drilling program was completed. Highlights of the prospecting and drilling are as follows:

Trenching:

North Cliff Trench averaged: 1.358 % Cu and 35.316 g/t Ag over 6.8 meters.
South Cliff Trench averaged: 1.420 % Cu and 71.887 g/t Ag over 8.0 meters.

Drilling:

Drill hole CL-16 yielded two significant intercepts as follows:
14.3 m. of 0.81 % Cu and 25.8 g/t Ag
21.0 m. of 0.38 % Cu and 13.2 g/t Ag

Prospecting has confirmed grades of up to 2.8% Cu and 71.4 g/t Ag at the West Zone, 1,000m to the west and discovered Dave's Zone, 500m to the east, which returned values up to 0.18% Cu and 229.0 g/t Ag.
Significant potential exists for the discovery of additional volcanic redbed copper-silver mineralization on the Copperline Property.
